What does being an “active customer” mean?
As long as you’ve purchased a listing from us in the last 6 months, you’re considered an active customer. All of your listings will continue to benefit from everything we have to offer including open house check-in, giveaways and dynamic QR codes.
If I buy any Interactive Showings, when do I have to use them by?
The clock only starts when your listing is created. Once created, your Interactive Showing stays live for 6 months (from the creation date). For open house check-in, giveaways and dynamic QR codes to work, you must be an active customer.
What if I don’t want anyone talking to my client?
No problem, we have a conversation guide to help with your client discussion. Once you’ve identified what’s special about the property, just send us a bulleted list along with your photography and we’ll take care of the rest.
Will I be able to make changes to my Interactive Showing?
We’ll send you a link to review your Interactive Showing once it’s created and you can request changes at any time. Please note that after your QR codes are printed and sent, we can’t change them, but we can send you a digital copy of your QR code labels for you to reprint.
