No! The hardest part is getting the information we need from your clients (but we have a survey tool or provide a conversation guide to help). We do everything else for you and send you an Interactive Showing in a box with 6 stands. All you have to do is place them around your listing.

While realTQR Interactive Showings are great to show off what makes a property special, they can also be used as a sales tool to showcase community highlights. We can create Features for the local farmers’ market, dog park, or the best nearby businesses. The Features we create can also be easily reused for future listings so if you frequently sell in one neighbourhood, we can build up a library of community content to pull from.
