In the late 1800s, a settler named William McGregor made the courageous journey from Scotland to Canada, seeking new opportunities in the bustling city of Toronto. Upon arriving, he was captivated by the vast fertile lands surrounding the city and decided to establish a farm to support his family and contribute to the growing agricultural community. William’s farm primarily focused on dairy production, with a herd of Holstein cows.

The exposed brick is part of the original structure that housed the Williams family and help them evolve their business into a successful dairy operation that played a vital role in Toronto’s food supply chain.
